Process and display it within your workspace
Share it with specified collaborators or clients based on your settings
We do not claim ownership of, sell, or use your content outside providing the Services.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions to upload and share all content you submit.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Wrapp Studio to:
Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
Interfere with or disrupt the platform
Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Use the platform to develop competing products
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Payments & Billing (If applicable)
If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to:
Provide accurate billing information
Authorize charges to your payment method
Pay all fees associated with your subscription
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
We may change pricing or plan features; any changes will be communicated in advance.
During our Beta Plan, certain features may be free or limited.
6. Intellectual Property
Wrapp Studio owns all rights to:

Software and interfaces
Branding, designs, and content we create
Except for the rights explicitly granted, no license or ownership is transferred to you.

Wrapp Studio may integrate or rely on third-party services (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment processors).
Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms, not ours.
We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services.

During our beta period, outages and changes may occur more frequently.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Wrapp Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the past 12 months.
If you are using the free Beta Plan, you agree that Wrapp Studio’s liability is limited to €0.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be handled by the competent courts in Denmark.

We may update these Terms occasionally.
